Rideshare drivers, delivery couriers, long-haul truckers, dispatchers. ConvoAlly runs in your AirPods — hands-free, eyes-on-the-road. Pulls from your routing notes, dispatch playbook, and customer-history docs to surface the right answer when a passenger or pickup asks something off-script.

What it sounds like, mid-call.

Confused passenger pickup

Passenger says "I'm at the corner of nowhere." ConvoAlly cues the right wayfinding questions + your platform's lost-passenger protocol — surfaced via Ear Mode so your eyes stay on traffic.

Dispatcher problem call

Dispatch reroutes you mid-shift. ConvoAlly cues the negotiation script for unfair routes + pulls your platform's pay-protection terms.

Difficult customer in the car

Passenger gets aggressive. ConvoAlly cues the de-escalation script + the safety-escalation steps your platform offers (in-app emergency button, recording rules).

Delivery handoff

Customer says the package is missing pieces. ConvoAlly cues the protocol + the platform's on-the-spot resolution options without you having to pull over and look it up.

What ConvoAlly does that a generic AI chatbot can't.

AirPods-first / hands-free

Ear Mode is the default for driver use. ConvoAlly speaks answers into your AirPods; gestures swap modes. No looking at the phone, no taking hands off the wheel.

Your platform's rules, instant recall

Upload Uber/Lyft/DoorDash/Instacart/independent contractor playbooks + your own routing notes. ConvoAlly pulls the right protocol live.

Safety-first de-escalation

When passenger tone gets aggressive, ConvoAlly cues both the verbal de-escalation script AND the safety-escalation steps (in-app panic, recording, route changes).

Trip-summary recap

End of trip → short summary + any flagged issues, ready to forward to dispatch or platform support if needed.

Multilingual passenger calls

30+ languages with auto-detection. Important for tourist markets and multilingual urban centers.

FAQ

Is this safe to use while driving?

Ear Mode is designed for it — fully hands-free, voice-out audio in your AirPods, gesture controls. We do not recommend looking at the phone screen while driving. Use the audio-only flow.

Does my passenger hear it?

No. ConvoAlly's audio is in your AirPods, not the car speakers. The passenger experiences a normal conversation.

Will it work on long-haul trucking routes?

Yes. The mobile app works offline for portions of the trip (cellular dead zones), syncing back online when reconnected. Trucking-specific use cases include dispatch coordination, load-securing protocols, and customer pickup/delivery scripts.

Does it integrate with Uber/Lyft/DoorDash?

Not via direct API integration. You upload your platform's playbook + your trip-history notes, and ConvoAlly recalls them. Most drivers find the upload-once flow works fine.

Is the data secure if I'm running this in customer cars?

Zero-storage mode auto-deletes transcripts at trip end. Passenger names and addresses can be masked. Safer than dispatch-radio retention in most platforms.
